About This Product
The Rocketeers SF5500 is a 5500 mm hemispherical taffeta parachute built from curved gore panels. The 1100 mm spill hole at the apex vents air evenly, holding the canopy steady on the way down — less swinging, fewer tangled shroud lines, and a gentler ride for cameras, altimeters and other payloads.
Supplied complete with 11 braided nylon shroud lines (11m each, 249 kg test), a 25 mm (1-inch) shock cord and 5 reusable stainless steel mesh wadding pad(s).
